Return & Refund Policy

1. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you have the right to cancel your. Before you receive the shipment notification email, please contact support@enabot.com . And we will try to cancel the order for you.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

2. What are the effects of canceling an order?

If you cancel the order, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this order. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the order to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

3. What is your Return&Refund Policy?

(1) 14 DAYS FREE-REASON RETURN POLICY

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, within 14 days from the date that you receive the package, you can apply for a full refund.

Note: For non-quality related returns, the return shipping cost will be covered by the custmer.

(2) 7 DAYS DOA RETURN POLICY

If you receive damaged, different, or nonfunctional items, you can return them for an exchange or a full refund within 7 days that you receive the package.

Please send an email to support@enabot.com , and clearly address the issue with the pictures/video. The picture of the entire package is also required.

  • All returned items need to be in original condition without any installation marks or signs of use and need to be sealed in the original packaging.
  • The return shipping cost will be covered by Enabot.

4. How can I process the return&refund?

Just refer to the steps below to process your return & refund.

  • Email support@enabot.com about the detailed reason for returning. Also, please provide your order number and shipping address.
  • We will get back to you within 48 hours to learn more details.
  • Once the return & refund application is approved, just send the parcel back according to the guide of email.
  • Once we receive the returned items and complete the inspection, we will start to refund you immediately.

5. When will I receive my refund?

After receiving the returning parcel, we will take a few days to complete the inspection.

The refund will be processed within 5 business days, and you will receive a notification email when it's stated. The actual time when you receive the refund depends on the processing speed of the bank.
