How many versions of the ROLA Smart Water Dispenser are available?

There are two versions: cordless version and plug-in version. Cordless version: Built-in 5000mAh battery. Up to 60-day battery life.

How often should I refill the water?

It depends on your pet. The capacity of the water tank is 2L. Generally, one fill lasts for 7 days for a 5kg cat.

How often should I change the filters?

Replacing the filter every 2 weeks and the sponge every month to keep the water clean is recommended.

How often should I clean the ROLA water fountain?

We recommend that you should clean your water fountain once every week. The water fountain will also remind you regularly by sending you a message notification via the App based on the status of the machine. You can also customize the setting of the reminder time for cleaning the device.

Can the water fountain still be used when the actual water level is below the minimum water level mark?

The water fountain will automatically stop dispensing water and send you a reminder via the ROLA App that it's time to refill the water fountain.

Can I stop using the filter, if I use pure water?

In addition to purifying the water, using the filter cartridge can also remove hair, debris, etc. from the water. Changing the filter and sponge regularly is still recommended, even if you use pure water.

I have a 17 year old cat who insists on jumping on top a vanity to get his water from the sink, all through the night, as he has also become nocturnal and sleeps all day. At first he would have nothing to do with this fountain business, but eventually I changed the setting to continuous mode, and he has actually been using it. I was going to return it, but decided to keep it and the hope that he continues to use it, and continue his life a bit longer, as he is the last kitten to survive of his family group I have raised.
