Referral Program Terms & Conditions:

1. As a member of the Enabot Referral Program, you are subject to Enabot's Terms and Conditions, Enabot's Privacy Policy, and the additional terms outlined in these Referral Program Terms.

Qualified Purchase Referral:

1. A Qualified Purchase Referral is defined as a first-time order placed by a Referred Customer within 30 days of the referral link. 

Referral Reward:

1. Referrers can get 5%-10% cash back on your referred-in friend's first purchase within 30 days.  

 

2.The referred-in friends can get a 5-10% off coupon when they purchase with the referral link. （Incompatible with deals and accessories）

How it Works:

The Enabot Referral Program offers an opportunity for our customers to earn rewards by inviting their friends or families to purchase at the Enabot official store.

Referral Rewards:

1.By making a successful referral, the Referrer can get 5%-10% monthly cashback. 

 

2.The cash-back rewards for the purchase referral will be issued to the referrer's payment account of GoAffpro 30 days after the order is delivered.

Referral Rewards Rules:

1. Referral Rewards can only be used to purchase products at Enabot official store and are not redeemable for cash. 

 

2. The coupon received through the referral program is valid for 90 days to avoid malicious fraud. 

 

3. The cash back for purchase referral will be issued to your account 30 days after order delivery. Please be aware that occasional delays may occur, and we will not be held responsible for such delays.

Limitations:

Referral Limitations:

1. The Referrer's unique referral link may not be shared, sold, or used in any way except by the Referrer alone to obtain Qualified Referrals; Referrers are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals. 

 

2. Referral links shared to or obtained through other sources (such as through a posting to a third-party intermediary or website) will not be honored. 

 

3.  If the referrer and referee share an IP/device, only the referred person gets a reward. Enabot may prohibit a Referrer from participating in the Program or receiving a Reward, in Enabot's sole discretion, if Enabot determines that such Referrer is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity, or legitimate operation of the Program in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Referrers or any representatives of Enabot.

No Combination:

1. Referred Customers may not combine any discounts obtained through their use of the Refer-A-Friend Program with any offer codes offered by Enabot.

Compliance with Applicable Law:

1. As a Referrer, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, including, but not limited to, the Privacy Directive. 

 

2. Any distribution of your Referral Program link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your Account and exclusion from Enabot's Referral Program.

Discretion to Terminate Accounts:

1. Enabot reserves the right to terminate the Account of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer at any time and without notice, including, but not limited to, if we, at our sole discretion, consider any Referrer and/or Referred Customer's conduct to violate these Referral Terms.

Discretion to Cancel Program or Change Terms:

1. Enabot reserves the right to cancel the Referral Program and to revise these Referral Program Terms from time to time. If we make any material changes to these Referral Terms, we'll notify you of those changes by posting them on the Services. If the Referral Program is terminated, any unclaimed Referral Rewards will be forfeited at that time.
