EBO is mainly suitable for people who have cats, but also for people who feed small pet dogs. Of course, with its flexible "free-walking" mobile surveillance, remote two-way voice, and other features, EBO is also ideal as a home robot for the elderly and children.

How high of a carpet or threshold can EBO cross ?

The EBO robot is designed with a compact, small and cute look, it integrates many hardware devices with a small body while using a unique low view of the pet to facilitate interaction and communication with the pet. EBO Air and SE can cross carpets or door thresholds up to a height of about 0.5cm - 0.6cm.

Does EBO require regular maintenance? Is it complicated?

EBO is a free-moving home companion robot and it is inevitable that human and pet hair will get stuck on its "feet" as it moves around the house. It is recommended that after a period of use, remove the wheels and clean the hair/dust with the instructional video.

What should I do if my puppy bites the wire?

Fun and helpful!

I bought the EBO for my home, but wound up using it at my office due to possible flooding happening so I could view it from afar. It wound up becoming something everyone is loving. They enjoy it popping up to say hi. Will be buying other models for myself and others soon!

I order my EBO a week or so ago, and the delivery company accidentally delivered it to the wrong place. I followed up with customer service about the issue and they were so kind, and sending out a new one. When ordering. Be sure to specify delivery instructions, especially if you live in an apartment complex!

Was hard to connect to app and when it finally did it was extremely glitchy or flat out just didn't listen to commands or follow through with actions. The battery drains super fast,no matter how much you optimize settings to reserve battery and can't handle 2cm of a difference on hard wood surfaces.Really wanted to like this. Returing for a refund as soon as I get my shipping label.
