EBO is mainly suitable for people who have cats, but also for people who feed small pet dogs. Of course, with its flexible "free-walking" mobile surveillance, remote two-way voice, and other features, EBO is also ideal as a home robot for the elderly and children.

How high of a carpet or threshold can EBO cross ?

The EBO robot is designed with a compact, small and cute look, it integrates many hardware devices with a small body while using a unique low view of the pet to facilitate interaction and communication with the pet. What should I do if my puppy bites the wire?

I order my EBO a week or so ago, and the delivery company accidentally delivered it to the wrong place. I followed up with customer service about the issue and they were so kind, and sending out a new one. When ordering. Be sure to specify delivery instructions, especially if you live in an apartment complex!

It is a little glitchy and has some connection issues along with the voice chat feature frequently cutting out but it is nice to be able to see my fur babies while out and about. Bonus points for the remote control feature and being able to drive the little robot around!
