EBO X & GPT User Guide

* Please upgrade your EBO X to firmware version v3.3.34-10 or newer before accessing GPT mode.

How to Access GPT-4o Mini Mode:

1. Ensure that your EBO X is powered on and properly connected.
2. Say “EBO, EBO” to wake up EBO X. When the ambient light effect changes from its current state to a specific light effect and you hear a “deng” sound, it indicates that the wake-up process was successful.
3. Next, use any of the following commands to enter GPT mode:

■ Switch to ChatGPT mode
■ Open ChatGPT
■ Start to chat with GPT
■ Turn on GPT
■ Let's Chat
■ I want to talk with GPT
Once EBO X receives the command, it will emit a “deng” sound and the ambient light will fluctuate, signaling that it is processing the request. When the ambient light effect changes to the specific light effect and you hear another “deng,” it confirms that you have successfully entered ChatGPT mode.

How to Interact with GPT:

1. Once in GPT mode, you can begin asking questions.
2. When EBO X receives your query, it will emit a 'deng' sound and the ambient light will fluctuate, indicating it is processing.
3. GPT will then respond.

How to Interrupt GPT:

Simply say “EBO, EBO” to interrupt GPT's response.

How to Exit GPT Mode:

Scenario 1: When GPT is waiting for commands:
Say any of the following exit commands to EBO X:

■ Quit ChatGPT mode
■ Exit GPT
■ Disable GPT
■ Bye GPT
■ Bye, bye

When EBO X emits a “deng” sound and the ambient light changes from the specific light effect back to its original state, it indicates that you have successfully exited GPT mode.

Scenario 2: When ChatGPT is responding:
■ Say “EBO, EBO” followed by an exit command to exit ChatGPT mode.

Scenario 3: When in continuous GPT conversation mode:
■ If there is no speech or recognition failure occurs three times in a row, EBO X will automatically exit GPT mode.

How to Communicate with GPT in Other Languages:

1. Open the EBO HOME App and ensure EBO X is connected properly.
2. In the app, go to the “Device” menu at the bottom and scroll to the bottom. Tap “EBO Voice Language” and select your desired language.
3. After switching to the selected language, say “EBO, EBO” to wake up EBO X. When the ambient light effect changes from its current state to the specific light effect, it indicates successful activation.
4. Use the selected language to issue the corresponding command to enter GPT mode.
5. To interrupt GPT, simply say “EBO, EBO.”
6. To exit GPT, use the selected language to say the appropriate exit command.
