It is recommended to replace the filter every 2 weeks and the sponge every month.

Disassemble the ROLA water fountain following the instructions, clean the filter and then replace the filter and sponge as directed.

* Do not place the filter in boiling water. The water temperature should be between 0°C and 50°C.

* It is normal for a small amount of carbon powder to leak from the filter due to transportation impacts. This does not indicate a quality issue.

* After using the water fountain for a while, if you notice any carbon powder in the tank, simply discard the water and refill with fresh water.
